How Focuzwiz helps you to manage your Time

Time Log

By logging your daily activities, you can get a better sense of how you are spending your time. By simply typing @ will list all of your focus areas and # will list all of the tasks, you can quickly tag a focus area and task. Each log spent time will be determined based on the time of the previous log.

Focus area

A focus area can be anything which you want to focus on your life to make a positive impact. By focusing on a specific area, you can avoid becoming overwhelmed and stay on track. This makes sure that you use your time wisely and effectively to accomplish your objectives. Click on Add New Focusarea under the Focusarea option in the sidebar to add a new focus area.

Task

By creating a task list, you can organise your tasks in a clear and concise way. You can easily track your progress and see how much you have accomplished. You can add the priority for tasks as important or urgent when you create them under a focus area. so that you can focus on the most crucial tasks first

Reminder

Reminders can help you remember important tasks, appointments, and deadlines, and avoid forgetting or missing important events. It helps you stay organised.

Mentor

A mentor can be invited to a focus area. They will be able to add tasks and reminders to the focus area. They will be able to see your dashboard and development so they can keep tabs on you and offer support.

Dashboard

You can view your progress in a pie chart on the dashboard screen, along with the amount of time spent on each task and focus area. Using a time log, an Eisenhower matrix was generated. The Eisenhower matrix will categorize your jobs based on urgency and significance.

Eisenhower matrix

The Eisenhower Matrix, also referred to as the Urgent-Important Matrix, is a method for helping people prioritize tasks according to their importance and degree of urgency.

The matrix consists of four quadrants, each representing a different level of urgency and importance. Individuals can concentrate on the tasks that are most crucial and efficiently accomplish their objectives by grouping tasks into these four quadrants. The Eisenhower Matrix is a useful tool for setting priorities, managing time, and making decisions.

Day Plan and Quick notes

You can create a day plan in the app and list all of the things you have planned for the day. The day plan will aid a person’s capacity for concentration. To record information one can use quick note.
